The THOR chest compression binder is a postoperative support dedicated but not limited to Gynecomastia patients.
It is a chest surrounding compression support with adjustable shoulder straps and a central front closure available in seven adult sizes.
Cosmetic surgery can be the solution to achieve a flatter, firmer and more masculine- sculptured chest for patients that have gynecomastia.
Medical staff recommends the use of a chest compression device in the postoperative period to facilitate drainage of fluids used during the procedure and to minimize swelling. Usually it is recommended to use a “Stage I” compression garment (very tight compression), followed by a “Stage II” compression when the drainage is finalized and the swelling gone.
